Hi David, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback from your recent visit with us. I am sorry to learn that you were dissatisfied with our service, portions, and team members. The excellent service rendered by our team members and management is regularly called out in reviews and we strive to make every interaction as positive as we possibly can. While that our food may not fit everyone's tastes, we do work to provide healthy, measured portion sizes for each and every customer. In fact, each portion of our sweet potato fries is weighed and exceeds the portion amount set forth by our corporate office because felt that portion was too small and didn't provide enough value to our customers.
