The young female waiter looked blur when taking order. We askes how much for a small bottle of drinking water and she wrote on paper 2000kip. But when we made payment, it was 7000kip. My fried noodles never arrived after followed-up twice and waited for almost an hour. My friend received her fried rice but so oily. Service: 1

Warning A dishonest and irresponsible establishment The restaurant staff couldn't speak any English at all. When I initially asked about the menu in English, he didn’t understand me, nor did they try to clarify or use a translation app—he just kept nodding. In the end, they brought me the wrong item. When I pointed to a specific item on the menu and asked if that was really the price, the staff member just nodded again. But when it came time to pay, they charged a different, higher price. Even after realizing they had made a mistake, they still insisted I pay the more expensive amount. Truly an excellent restaurant with outstanding staff. Service: 1
