We stumbled upon this restaurant and had the absolute best dinner in Monza. Everything about this establishment screams chic, intimate, cozy, and fun. We were greeted and promptly seated. The menu is small by design. It means that they prefer to use the freshest foods versus storing a large variety of foods. The zucchini flower was superb. Very creative and the flavors were very distinct and blended nicely. The spaghetti was perfectly cooked and the fermented lemon add the right amount of zest. Risotto was the absolute when compared to the restaurants in Como, Milan, and Garda. The fermented black garlic added some deep undertone type flavors. To me it was almost like a deconstructed beef flavor. My dish had pesto beef, and peppers. What a wonderful dish. Full of flavors and was paired well with a red wind. An interesting twist are the “gum balls filled with liquor. Delicious, creative, and deadly (what an awesome combination). The desert was outstanding and loved that it was in. The shape of a Campari bottle. A must go to restaurant!! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
