15/20 This traditional bistro is undoubtedly one of the best restaurants in Boulogne and from a more general point of view, it is simply an excellent bistro. The team who took over the place just before Covid gave it a real dynamic, without losing what made this estaminet so charming. As it is good, really good, nice and not too expensive (not cheap either), it is often crowded and it is better to reserve. It's noisy like in a good bistro and we're a little crowded on the too small tables; This is the only real downside. The service is sometimes a little long to take the order, but it then makes up for it in an efficient and friendly manner. The menu is traditional and complete; everything is well done, the meats always excellent and perfectly cooked, the portions quite generous. As for wine, there is a good selection at acceptable prices. Une soirée d’été, 6 amis, le Clocher du Village. Enfin un lieu où on peut manger de très bons les mets traditionnels et délicats à la fois, être servis avec un grand sourire même quand on change 5 fois d avis et que tous les accompagnements sont modifiés. La table est vraiment très bonne de l entrée au dessert, le vin coule à flots sans qu on est peur de l addition. Bref un super restaurant, on a passé un magnifique soirée et on reviendra. Bravo à toute l équipe!
