Hi AC Productions, thank you for your feedback and for supporting us over the years. We would like to clarify our store policy to avoid misunderstandings. Our standard drinks are prepared in a 700ml (23oz) serving size, which is the portion included in the drink price. We also sell reusable cups in different sizes and designs, including larger 700ml-800ml–900ml cups. However, reusable cups are sold as merchandise and for sustainability purposes, along with a 15% discount benefit when reused. We do not advertise or promise free additional drink volume based on the size of the reusable cup purchased. Because some reusable cups are larger than our standard drink size, there may naturally be extra space remaining after the drink is prepared. Customers who would like the larger cups filled are always welcome to upgrade the drink volume for an additional charge. To avoid confusion, this policy is posted in-store and applies equally to all customers. We always strive to provide fair and consistent service, and we appreciate all feedback moving forward.
