The staff were wearing shirts that said “this ain’t my first rodeo” but it clearly was. They had teenagers running the place with no one in charge. I felt bad for them because they looked so confused. We came on the sneak peak day of stampede and we waited about 10 minutes in line and then 40 minutes to get our food - which by the way is fast food that they’re serving. Nothing on the menu should have taken that long to serve. After asking where our order is we were told it’s the next one up and it’ll be about 30 seconds and we had to wait another 15 minutes after that. The whole place was full of people waiting for their food. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had a disappointing experience at the AG Grill on the Calgary Stampede grounds. When their technology failed, they couldn't switch to manual operations, leaving us without any food. To make matters worse, the cashiers were rude and unhelpful throughout the situation. I would not recommend this place to anyone visiting the Calgary Stampede grounds due to the horrible customer service and lack of food. Service: 1
