My friends and fam don't really like this place because they said the tea scent is not strong. As for me, it's an ok place. Now that being said, one time I am curious of the grape fruity juice taste like that they posted out side and asked for a sample. The dude hesitated for three seconds and said no sample. That mean he can give me a sample if he wants to. Anyway I still buy the grapefruit drink to try it out. It was ok. I've also tried their bubble tea and passion fruit tea. It was ok too. When I said ok I mean not bad also something that doesn't stands out, was just, ok. So if you like something that have strong tea taste then this place is not right for you.

Does not help customers to reach satisfaction. We buy multiple drinks from here every time we buy groceries and i mistaken that all Milk Lattes were black tea lattes. On the menu, 2nd column, first item is black tea latte, therefore assuming all lattes underneath used that as a starter. I ordered the grass jelly latte and it was just all Milk. Asked if they could just add some black tea and was refused. I understand if they have a policy to not take back opened drinks, but every other beverage establishment will at least redo or make a new drink to your preference.
