Had a great time at this bottomless brunch! The drinks kept flowing, the food was really nice, and the service was excellent throughout. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome with great customer service. Such a lovely atmosphere. I’d definitely come back and recommend it! Price per person: £30–40 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

So dissapointed after buying a ticket to watch the game here! There's a huge pole blocking the screen, the screen itself is damaged, and the stone decor is yet another sight blocker and to be frank-- disgusting. Go to literally any other place for shisha and a meal. Meal type: Other

The whole night was great, we had a lovely server named V, super kind and attentive, the website was weird and made with AI, and confusing to use but the staff that we spoke to when making our booking were super kind, and the vibe was amazing. UNTIL, it was time to go home, security were awful and disrespectful. Cococure Haus needs to take its time to vet security. When we were leaving, they had barricaded off the road I was parked on, a guy kindly let me and some of my group go through. Two girls had gotten lost in the crowd and didn’t make it past the barricade when the group initially did. I went up to a security guard and politely asked if he would let them through, he said he won’t. Suddenly, they were telling us it’s the rules, and no one can go the way I went, when they had already let 30 or so people through. He said my friends had to go round, I was trying explain how that wasn’t fair and we went back and forth. To be honest, I could have been more chill about it, but I’ve been to Cococure 3 times and they are very choosy about who they want uphold the rules with, so I felt it was ridiculous. All the male security guards were rude but one, and there was a lady security guard who explained things to me in a calmer way, but like I said they pick and choose when they want to uphold the rules. I tried to move one of the blocks on the end so my two friends could get past and we could go home & the security aggressively pushed it back, making me loose my balance, if I hadn’t caught my self, I would’ve fallen over. Eventually I left, to sit down in my car, and my friends went the long way round, and after I left they let other people through the barricade. Seeing that upset me, so I went back up to them to explain how that wasn’t fair and I was ignored. Another security guard then came up to my car and was holding my door open telling me to leave, I asked him to step away from my car and he caught an attitude, I told him I’d call the police if he didn’t walk away from me, and he said I should do it, and that he will get me banned from all the clubs in London. Overall the night was great, but it puts a damper on the mood when security get drunk on power.
