You visited my shop on Sunday and purchased a large portion of chips. After returning home, you contacted my team to complain about the portion size. I listened to the call, and at no point did any member of my staff behave abusively or speak to you in an inappropriate manner.During the conversation, you stated that you felt the portion was insufficient. My staff immediately offered a solution and invited you to return to the shop so that we could provide additional chips. You declined this offer and instead stated that you would leave a review.I find it disappointing and funny that your review does not reflect the full circumstances of what occurred. We genuinely attempted to resolve your concern, but that opportunity was refused.You paid £5.99 for a large portion of chips, and we stand by the value and quantity we provide to our customers. We work hard to ensure consistency and fairness across all orders, and the vast majority of our customers are satisfied with both the quality and portion sizes we serve.We welcome honest feedback, whether positive or negative, as it helps us improve.
