Замечательный магазинчик для гурманов. Чаи и кофе для настоящих ценителей вкуса и качества. Купила здесь по одной упаковке: кофе в зернах, кофе молотый и чай Улунг. Чай Улунг просто восхитительный! С ароматом какао, кусочками имбиря, и перца! За всё заплатила 25 евро. Очень всем довольна! Обслуживание тоже было хорошим и приятным. Breach of contract without insight, no goods received and poor customer service! I ordered an espresso machine 1.5 months ago for €1,794. I also had to pay almost €40 for shipping through Schenker. It was then sent via DPD from Dortmund without giving me a tracking number (I also didn't receive it by email from DPD), and the tracking was not updated in the shop either. That alone is already two breaches of contract. After waiting 10 days, I called to ask when my package would be shipped. I was then told that it had already been delivered by DPD. DPD falsely claims that I had given a parking permit and that it should have been parked accordingly. Now the package is gone, Coffee Friend doesn't seem to care about properly complaining about the case to DPD and couldn't provide me with a drop-off permit, only an extremely questionable drop-off receipt (which roughly only contains a time and data for a delivery person, depot and route. On To date, there has been no response from Coffee Friend to my comments regarding the breach of contract, which is constantly being ignored. I will now have to take legal action against Coffee Friend and, from my experience, I can only strongly advise against doing so order.

Hello guys, I ordered a vacuum machine worth around €300, the part arrived and I really didn't find it suitable. To be precise, it was complete rubbish. The fact that I complained about it and wanted to arrange a return suddenly the return also costs me money. But what I find the funniest thing is that they only got back to me after five days, and then, after a questionable request to take pictures of everything and other things, I issued a return slip, which I then have to pay for myself because it was supposedly deducted from my invoice will, the part was to be returned back to Poland. I'm really excited to see when the goods will arrive and I'll get my money back within 14 days, who knows maybe in three months. I clearly can't give you a purchase recommendation from this shop because it's like the China drop shipping. But I have also read several reports here that also contain similar negative comments. Therefore, be careful if you buy cheaply, you usually buy twice. As a small note to the seller, I would recommend that you declare where the warning is coming from.
