The level of service you received, as well as the quality of the food, did not meet the standards we expect, and for that I am truly sorry. We take great pride in providing a welcoming, attentive, and professional environment for all our customers, and it’s clear that on this occasion we fell short. Please be assured that this has been addressed internally and steps are being taken to ensure this does not happen again. I would also kindly ask, if possible, for the photo included in the review to be removed. It includes individuals who were on a break and a customer, and they did not consent to having their image shared publicly. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.
