Hi Jesse So you’re aware , the young lady taking your order is a year 10 student on her first day of work placement so a bit of kindness from you especially seeing you are a new parent would go a long way. Your order was repeated back to you twice before payment was taken to which you confirmed (by the student you’re claiming made you repeat yourself 3 times, got your order wrong yet was polite to you !!) 2 staff were also present and heard the order placed. If we could upload videos with audio from our CCTV (which we have) we would gladly do so including our interaction with your husband :) We will not be apologetic for your husband being rude and having our staff stand up for each other. You had no issues drinking all your coffee with no complaints despite you returning to the counter to complain about being given the wrong order - to which we gladly changed for you with no argument ! Perhaps if you would like to take an actual photo of the croissant and your order given to you rather than being spiteful as we are aware of what you ordered and what we served you Regards
