Hi Swasti, I'm sorry you have struggled to get through on the phone, I am looking into that now. I can assure you the oat milk is not out of date. We have very strict controls over this and I have also checked to the store who have confirmed. I would really appreciate it if you can email help@coffilab.co.uk with some more details so I can investigate further, the time of your visit and the total amount spent would be especially useful. We sell a lot of oat based drinks so it is difficult for me to locate your transaction. I would also be happy to refund your drink if you did not enjoy it. Kind regards, Hannah
