Compadres in Randleman delivered an astonishing mix of incompetence, dishonesty, and contempt. Our $155 to‑go order included seven plates, an up charge of $3 each for EXTRA cheese sauce. Every plate was dry WITH NO CHESSE SAUCE at all, instead shredded cheese on each. When I called, the manager Pedro didn’t just deny the obvious — he called me a liar twice. Insisting that he saw the cheese sauce personally, as if I wanted to inconvenience myself to go back to the store for sauce. My daughter went back to pick-up the missing sauce, and they handed her one miniature cup with open hostility. After a second call, he repeated the lie and gave her one more. Two cups for seven plates after a $3 each up charge??? The way he spoke to me and treated my daughter felt pointedly dismissive, as if our concerns were less legitimate or less deserving of basic respect. The tone, the attitude, the refusal to correct their mistake — all of it carried a level of contempt that felt personal. They took my money, refused to provide what we paid for, disrespected my daughter, and doubled down with arrogance. The review comparing this establishment to a Taco Bell dumpster was generous. Am I going to go up the ladder, starting with the owner Alex Arteaga, until this is addressed properly? Absolutely. You don’t charge me for food that you refuse to give me (in this economy), insult my intelligence, and disrespect my daughter over some cheese sauce on a $155 tab. I don't know what to say. Please listen to the bad reviews they are right on the money. Taco bell dumpster would have been better and more authentic. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

My cup had some mold and hair complete gunk in it. The aroma in the restaurant wasnt unfamiliar due to previous experiences at other bar/restaurants being of good quality food but for staff not to make sure everything was clean. Bottom line I would be careful eating here or anywhere I told them to cancel my order and left immediately. Will not return. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
