At one time I would give it five stars. The queso was runny and cold. My food was bland with no flavor(pollo fundido). The dish I ordered is a dish I usually always get, so I know what it supposed to taste like. I don't know what happened but I will not come back.

How did Compadres get more than a 1 star rating? Just ate there with the hubster and we will not be back. The only good part of our time there was in our first 6 minutes there we where seated and brought chips and salsa immediately. From there the service turned to crap. Took 20 minutes for someone "manager" to notice us and get our drink order....then another 10 for our food order. The manager then proceeded to apologies for the severs mistakes and tells us that he wasn't working for them much longer. How unprofessional telling customers that they are going to fire a waiter. Finally the food shows up, and you guessed it my order was wrong. I didn't want to be cranky again after already stating my upset over the service we had already had, but couldn't let the nasty food go unmentioned. In the end he comped our complete meal but first had to tell us again that he was firing the waiter. Will not ever eat there again. And since I can't give no stars it will get the bare minimum of 1
