We went for a late night dinner on a Thursday night!! When we reached we had reservations but the place felt empty, within the place filled up with peopleif you want to feel the vibe go later in the evening. The food was exceptional, the corn salad, the salsas, the steak & tacos all A+++. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

La Condesa began promoting its June 18, 2026 World Cup watch party for the Mexico vs. South Korea match days in advance, encouraging customers to make reservations and positioning itself as a destination to watch the game. What they failed to disclose anywhere in their advertising was that customers would be forced to leave after one hour. We made a reservation specifically to watch the match. After ordering food and drinks, our food had just arrived, was still warm, and more than 90% of it remained untouched when staff informed us that our time was up. The match hadn’t even reached halftime. We explained that we were there because of the watch party they promoted. We offered to continue ordering food and drinks. We offered to spend more money. The answer was still no. When we pointed out that none of the social media posts promoting the event—including those posted two days before the match—mentioned a one-hour limit, management claimed the hostess should have informed us upon arrival. Had we known we would be kicked out before halftime of a two-hour match, we never would have made a reservation or spent our money there. To make matters worse, the restaurant was extremely hot, with little to no effective air conditioning. The most telling part? After being confronted about the misleading promotion, the watch party advertisement was removed from their social media. Fortunately, screenshots were saved. If you’re considering attending a future watch party at La Condesa, be sure to ask whether you’ll actually be allowed to stay long enough to watch the event they’re promoting. While visiting Phoenix for a few days, I made the smart decision to check out Condesa randomly. I wanted something local, something affordable, something delicious. This place checked all the boxes. The service was great and the staff was super friendly. This is the type of restaurant you secretly hope not too many people find out about because it's so good it might get too crowded. That's a risk I am not willing to take. Restaurants this good deserve to be recognized. I highly recommend if you are close by that you check out Condesa Phoenix. Order the Molletes to start and add the barbacoa; you wont be disappointed. I also ordered 3 tacos, the carne asada, barbacoa, and al pastor. All were phenomenal. Chef's kiss! 10/10 They have a great drink selection as well. Nearly 3 months into 2025 and I am still on the wagon, so I was pleasantly surprised that they had plenty of non-alcoholic options. I ordered the "In Bloom" which is a perfectly blended mocktail consisting of house n/a tequila, hibiscus, pina, citrus, soda. They make their own n/a tequila!!!! And it's amazing!!!! Run, don't walk, to this place. And tell your friends. They will thank you.
