I disliked Cook Out until I visited this location. The employees are respectful and attentive. The food was fresh and delicious. Many of the portions are smaller than expected but always hot and the wait time is low. Keep up the great work!

Good can be good when it’s correct not burnt and fresh. Service can be good with minimum attitude, if you need time to look or someone hasn’t been and no one likes to be rushed. I don’t agree with rushing someone while they check their food. I’d rather you comprehend my wants execute and I’ll wait for my correct order. Then to be rushed giving a order that’s wrong and/or warm or cold or missing items. Fresh doesn’t mean re dipped food. If I can one or two trays I shouldn’t have to ask for multiple sauces, if there’s multiple items why am I given one sauce anyways, if you ask for hot sauce that counts against the sauce in the cup already given.. How are you rationing out when you’ve paid for the transaction The portion sizes are crazy small compared to the high prices, the small amount of fries, all bread quesadillas(minimum meat, don’t let you get a burger patty smaller than the bun, small tenders for the wraps, no ice means no ice and so much more Some workers need to work on active listening skills, comprehension, communication and so on. I like the fact they stay open late which gives them time to make money if execution is done correctly Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I only didn't rate atmosphere because you couldn't go in and sit down. That aside , the food was good. Wasn't great , but it was good. It was also inexpensive which makes it better. Cookout has a great value per dollar that I feel can't be matched anywhere else. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 5
