Hello Chris, I'm so sorry to hear about the confusion regarding your visit. Our lunch service begins once breakfast service has concluded. While breakfast is scheduled until 11:30, we continue serving any guests who arrived before that time, which on busy summer days will delay the kitchen's transition to lunch. We understand how this can be confusing, especially when you're expecting lunch to be available right at 11:30, and we're working to better communicate that expectation. I also want to apologize for the conflicting information you received about patio seating. Being told you could enjoy your sandwiches outside and then being asked to leave after placing your order was understandably frustrating. That miscommunication should not have happened, and I'll be addressing it with our team to ensure we're providing clear, consistent information to every guest. We truly appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. While we're disappointed that your experience didn't reflect the level of hospitality we strive to provide, your feedback helps us improve.
