Best burger joint in town.... For about five dollars you can get yourself a giant burger and two sides, what more could you want? The burgers at this place are excellent, they're just greasy enough. The first time that I heard about this five dollar-ish Burger combo I was pretty skeptical about what I was going to end up with. But my friend who was from North Carolina, where cookout is based, swore to me that I would not be disappointed. Sure enough I definitely was not disappointed in the least. I agree with the others that the drive-through sucks, but honestly the drive through in most places sucks. Take an extra three minutes and walk inside and do your order... Problem solved. Highly recommended especially for lunch.

Pooler drive thru sucks. Every time I get charged for things I didn't order and I ask for bacon and half the time I get nothing but a plain burger! Called both number in book and number on bag and its a fax or not answered. Shameful

ABSULUTELY RIDICULOUS. The food is great..but the drive thru sucks...i asked for the $5 combo w a coke and a three piece chicken finger, like 4 times. also added a cheese burger w/bacon and everything on it... i didnt get that!!! i got a burger w/ bacon and cheese?? no lettuce or mayo, no mustard nothing it was plain. seriously the guy event asked maaam is everything on that burger?? so, i drove from savannah to go to pooler location only because i work m-f and always eat at cookout, this was my first and last time going threw the drive thru no matter how busy i am...its a shame..I am trying to call to contact a manager but no one is answering the phone. Unbelieveable.
