I recommend it! Especially over far more expensive and mediocre airport food. Was very filling after a good swim and a great trip in TN. We got the Red Pepper Gouda Soup as an appetizer between my husband and I. It was absolutely delicious. The free warm baked bread was very nice too, albeit too sweet for me personally. I got the Chicken Asparagus Marsala. It's nothing to write home about, but I enjoyed how fresh, filling, and healthy it was. Just what I wanted after a vacation eating terribly. Husband got Spicy Chicken Pasta, which was not spicy at all. Or even all that flavorful tbh, but still comforting and decent. He got a side salad too that was alright. We also got their takeout pizza later that night, which was pretty sad lol. It was like a very thin generic frozen pizza from the grocery store, but still good enough for us both when hungry before a flight (no pics). Delicious! Excellent restaurant. Highly regarded among both guests and locals. Very diverse, appealing, apetitizing menu. Reasonably priced. Friendly, efficient service. Voooers located adjacent the lobby in the Hilton Knoxville Airport hotel. My favorite menu item; club sandwich with onion rings!! Cooper's offers a very relaxed, casual, pleasant atmosphere.
