Outstanding Stay at Copper Point Resort! Our family had a wonderful stay at Copper Point Resort in Invermere! The resort is beautiful, very clean, spacious suites with full kitchen, amazing indoor & outdoor pools and hot tubs, and breathtaking mountain views. Everything was perfect for a relaxing getaway. A very special thank you to Ms. Diana, the Front Office Manager — she is truly exceptional! So warm, professional, accommodating, and goes above and beyond to make sure guests feel welcomed and cared for. You can feel her genuine leadership and heart for hospitality. And to Ena — thank you for your kindness, lovely smile, and excellent service. You made our stay even more memorable! Copper Point is lucky to have such amazing staff. I arranged a group event with Copper Point Resort for a Celebration of Life gathering. The resort regularly hosts group events. The meeting room was just right for our event. The layout worked well and everything functioned as expected. However, the food service fell far short of expectations. The arrangements that were made provided for a spread of finger foods. We were astonished when the food was delivered, comprising a bowl of granola bars and two modest-sized trays with a limited selection of fruit and vegetable pieces — not nearly enough for a group of 60 people. No effort had been made in terms of presentation of the food. It was largely consumed within a few minutes, and numerous people, including me, didn’t eat at all. I registered my dissatisfaction and received a message apologizing and indicating that an effort would be made to ensure that this wouldn’t happen again, with an accompanying food service receipt for $1,635, including an automatic 18% gratuity, that had been charged to my credit card. A generous payment for what was provided would be $300. An otherwise completely satisfactory group service was completely tainted by the food service combined with no indicated interest in making it right. Fortunately, the guests were focused on the event program and didn’t attend for a food experience.
