This costa may be the nicest place I have ever been, I feel so welcomed and not judged. The lady’s making my food and drink are ALWAYS lovely and cater to mine and my bestfriend crazy requests such as marshmallows blended in a frappe. I really recommend the salted caramel frappe with marshmallows, maybe one day it will be officially on the menu. This place feels like family. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This costa is the best when i arrive here i am treated like their family member all the ladies are lovely they make the best coffees and frappes for me and my bestfriend they are so kind working over time for us and our requests my bestfriend has anxiety and they make her feel so welcome about her weird requests and always make it work for her! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Miserable staff. Makes you feel very unwelcome. My advice would be if you hate your job that much perhaps find a new one. Got my order wrong. Asked for chocolate to be sprinkled on my cappuccino when and when they forgot and I picked up the sprinkler to do it myself I was told off. Do you need special degree in chocolate sprinkling to perform this task? Very rude. And don't give me the 'oh it's health and safety' bollocks because they let you do it yourself at other coffee shops. If they're concerned about cleanliness md hygiene then i suggest they concern themselves more with the filthy tables and dirty toilets. My dad is disabled and would use Costa coffee shop 7 days a week, morning and afternoon as his little treat. He was Spending £15 per day so thats £5475 per year. It's a shame he doesn't want to come anymore due to rude unpleasant staff but he'd rather spend his money in a more welcoming environment
