This is the slowest Costa run by incompetent staff. They skip orders, get orders wrong, and give the wrong orders out, I have never came across a Costa where the staff are so slow, does it never cross their mind that someone might possibly need to be somewhere by a set time, I went in for a chai latte with a shot of coffee to go, when I tried to notify her because she forgot my coffee shot, I was blanked not only did she get my order wrong but it took her nearly 20 minutes to fulfill 2 orders a head of me, one of which was just a toastie and the other 2 latte's, then come to find out she's completely ignored someone else's order infront of all of us forcing me to wait longer had i paid by cash i would had demaded a refund and left, Costa should really have a supervisor to oversee their staff and making sure there working as efficiently and promptly as possible. I have been stuck in this Costa twice now because of the slow service and incompetence when fulfilling orders . It's unacceptable, and I will not be returning. I'm a regular Costa user, and I've been to far busier Costa's and still never had a 20-minute wait. I don't even know where to start... WHAT AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! This Costa Coffee is the dehumanization of the coffee bean. I had a passion for this place until they removed the fajita! It was my favourite dish. They literally tore my heart out. Can you begin to imagine how long it took to get me out of hospital for this? The quality and even the hygiene is horrible here. The coffee bean has become belittled in our society because of this place. BECAUSE OF THIS PLACE!!! In my professional opinion, Costa Coffee has left a mark on the coffee industry, a horrible burn that will scar our generation for centuries. The only good feature they have introduced into this cruel world is the ham and cheese toasties, which I thoroughly enjoy every time I go there, which is frequently. In my time of life, I have had the pleasure of enjoying several wondrous coffee shops. This is not one of them.
