This review is aimed at the customer service assistant who welcomed all as she opened the store and served the morning of Saturday 6th June. You’re unlikely to keep her long unless she’s fast-tracked into management. Instant rapport building skills and a fabulous smile made me feel fully welcome despite the early hour. Over the course of my visit she did the same with all customers which means she’s either a natural or come straight out of training and I know a natural when I meet them because they are as rare as a blue moon in this industry or any other. You sparked in me an idea for a poem and when it’s published I’ll do my best to credit you. Thank you. Price per person: £1–10 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian and decaf options available

The rudest women working there. Spoke to me in a disgusting manner after I mistakenly picked up the wrong order. Rather than approaching me in a professional manner, chasing me at the door shouting. Making the whole store stare at me like I had done something criminal. And with my two children with me so embarrassing and explained to her there was no need to react this way and how unprofessional she was and making everyone stare at me. I cried as there was no need for this type of manner when she could have approached me less aggressively. Very rude staff everytime I come in. Clearly shouldn’t be working with customers.

@costacoffee I go to many Costa coffee shops and only in Redhill I have received such rude and unprofessional service from a young lady with a red stripe in her hair who clearly does not like her job and her attitude is appalling to the extent I will not return. a real shame!
