Experience can best be described as cool staff getting shot in the foot with cheap ingredients and cost cutting being done by Cottage Inn at a franchise or corporate level. The dough is the biggest issue. It does not eat like real pizza dough, and has the same crumbly, tough but not crispy shell effect that comes from cheap par baked or frozen dough that you couldn’t bake correctly if you tried. Fell apart in my hand, also kinda backing up being frozen, or some crazy cheap ingredients. Toppings tasted like Sysco, but it’s been like that for awhile now. And like, I’ve been eating Cottage Inn since I was a kid, but I also just don’t need to keep spending money on this I guess. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

However, I can assure you that our dough has never been frozen and will never be. We really wish your visit went over differently, but we value your feedback.

Almost 2.5 hour wait for our pizza delivery and BOTH pizzas and the bread sticks were 100% ice cold. The cheese has already hardened and after 55 bucks and a long wait we end up with a crap dinner. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–60 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered a pick up here on a very busy, two person Friday night. Want to say props to the woman who took my phone order, I couldn’t even tell they were slammed because of how pleasant she was over the phone. Food was a little behind schedule but came out hot and tasted good. Well done to the two workers there!! Food: 5 Service: 5
