Hello Kim, I am very sorry to hear about your disappointment about the changes we have made. Just to let you know we serve 100% fresh Pacific Northwest Ranchers Never Ever ground beef. It is grass-fed with never any antibiotics never any hormones ever and it is naturally & sustainably raised. Yes, we no longer serve the frozen crinkle cut fries. We hand cut locally grown potatoes and fry them in rice bran oil. We do not use seed oils. We are sorry that you are disappointed but we only want to serve food and ingredients that we would serve to our children not the overly processed, preservative laden food at other fast food establishments.
