Simply put, this is one of the best steakhouses in the whole entire USA!! Take my word for it! This is An amazing place where over the course of a 10 day trip, came and ate here 3 different times and each time brought a different guest or friend and they all said the same thing. Simply amazing steak!! The 24 oz ribeye is their best cut and best tasting steak! Better than the long bone steak or the fillet! The 24 oz ribeye is simply the best! As far as the sides, the Brussels sprouts, crab cakes and scallops are the best! Stay away down the lobster Mac and cheese. Lacks flavor and cheesiness and lobster. The service is top notch and all three times the service was outstanding! The ambiance is high end restaurant with great wine selection and overall fantastic service with some of the most amazing steak you will eat! Take my word, this is the best or one of the top 3 steak houses in the country! You must try it!

We stayed at the hotel and made our reservation awhile back. I must say whenever I called the Hard Rock or this restaurant, a friendly person picks up the phone by the second ring instead of a computer voice, which is such a great quality. We were quickly greeted at check-in and waited just a couple of minutes before being seated next to the window for an epic view of the water and Guitar glass. The service with Mike & Tim might have been the best service we've ever had at any restaurant we've ever been too. It was really enjoyable. Before we ordered the cocktail shrimp appetizer, we got the most delicious bread basket (probably could have had a dozen of those soft rolls!) and super soft butter to easily spread. The size of the shrimp was disappointing, but we are now fans of the caper berries that were served with it. My wife had a glass of Malbec wine and I enjoyed a Woodford Reserve Old Fashion. Our main course was the filet mignon and the NY Strip with Brussel sprouts with large tasty crisp bacon bits. Both steaks were good but lacked real flavor by itself. We needed to add extra salt and used the vegetable juice from the sprouts to get through it, unfortunately. We probably should have sent it back, but we just don't usually do that sort of thing. Next time we will need to add a sauce ahead of time. Overall, it was a nice dinner and we would return for a special occasion.

First visit to the New Location in the Guitar Hotel as we breezed through the Hard rock the other night. Without a reservation even on an empty night we had trouble finding a table. After some drinks at the bar, we were offered a small table in the lounge area which had some music, a vibe and was just fine. The Dining area which I checked out is now very modern, gone is the old school steak house feel, while the bright lounge overlooking the pool is very modern as well. Drinks at the bar were measured shots and EXPENSIVE to the point of ridiculous. Sitting at the table Angela was our server & she was just fine. Unfortunately, the food did not live up the magnificent presentation they have of meats as you enter the dining areas. The Homemade breadbasket was a great starter with hope that things to come would be as good as this presentation. Some Shrimp Cocktails with Horseradish on the side (Forgotten by the way) were good crips & cold. They were not jumbo and overpriced is an understatement. The Shrimp scampi was more of a cream sauce, and it was tasty if not underwhelming. Entrees: Were a NY Strip which was char cooked to perfection, and hands down the best thing on the table all night. The Petite filet was extremely disappointing. Sides of Sauteed Spinach were dry while the hashbrown needed to be sent back as it was one giant breakfast hashbrown burnt on the outside and tasteless on the inside. Although the baked potato replacement was good, I can't get over their price points. They have a captive audience in the #1 destination in the area so I doubt they care what I think as people will pay these prices no matter how mediocre everything is. Sorry Aside from the NY Strip the rest was forgettable.
