Texas, we have a problem! This weekend, Joe and his crew blessed us Texans with some incredible food at MASTERS OF THE FLAVOR BBQ SHAWDOWN in Austin, Texas. The fried rice with baby back ribs was simply life-changing. The potato salad, once a staple BBQ side, has been given a Texas boot by this amazing fried rice. Well done yall!! Where do I start!!? Wow, Bam, superfantasticofirst time in and have tried to time it for months. Dino rib is a must. amazing bark, rub is incredible peppery, moist fall of the Bone delicious rib. Next toss the moist brisket on the plate and get ready for the ride. Smokey, beautiful bark, rub is plentiful and peppery meat is tender and moist. No sauce needed. Baby back ribs have depth, great bark and rub also moist and flavorful. Hard follow after Dino rib. Pulled pork which my wife wanted, I did not. I feel anyone can do Pork but again I was wrong. Flavor, depth and moist, amazing. Lastly was the sausage Smokey, with a little zip from the jalapeño. Green beans with brisket and honey flavor was incredible, Mac and cheese was plain but home made and authentic. Countryman is an absolute must if you haven’t been or have been on the fence. Follow them on FB make time to make it work. We were there 45 min early and were 2nd in line. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Countrymen BBQ. Don’t let the line keep you from experiencing this great food. Line went VERY fast and we even got samples while we waited. Food was served quickly and it is wonderful. The atmosphere is so fun. We sat outside and it was perfect! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
