Went in there and stood at the service desk for several minutes while 3 employees stood next to it talking, then when a cashier said to who I assume was the manager because she was moving one of the cashiers to another register "you have someone waiting at the service desk" the manager or whoever she was goes " thats nice." In a super snarky tone starts laughing then walks off. Then the rest of the employees just continued to stare at me until someone finally did help me. If this lady is the actual manager she needs to learn better customer service and maybe not act like an immature child.

I love Covington County Market ! It’s a clean store produce and meat are always fresh ! They carry just about everything big grocery stores carry ! I don’t have a car and I am kinda home bound so I can call in my groceries and they do my shopping for me ! They call when they are finished or have a question about an item I am wanting ! When they call my Daughter in law will go pick up my groceries for me ! All the workers are polite kind and helpful ! If a the best !

It's a good grocery. The prices are just a bit higher. They do carry snacks that you can't find. Repeat customer
