Creams in Watford is a fantastic place! The ice cream is absolutely delicious, with so many amazing flavors to choose from. If you are a fan of good waffles, this is definitely the spot to go – they are always fresh, warm, and loaded with great toppings. The place has a really cool vibe, a nice atmosphere, and the staff is friendly. It’s the perfect place to drop by with family or friends for a sweet treat. Highly recommended Meal type: Other Price per person: £10–20

Great dessert spot, but cleanliness needs improvement Creams Cafe is a lovely concept and a great place to sit down, enjoy a coffee or cake, and relax while the kids have a treat. However, the experience is let down by the hygiene standards. The premises, particularly the toilets, require much more attention; it frequently looks as though everything has been mopped in a rush, with noticeable streaks left on the walls. A thorough deep clean and more consistent daily maintenance would make this a much more welcoming environment for families. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

Creams Café Watford never disappoints! The desserts are fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. My usual pick is the Bueno waffle, but I tried the Biscoff crêpe this time and it was just as delicious. The 10% NHS discount is a great perk for Blue Light Card holders, the staff are always welcoming, and the upbeat atmosphere makes it a fun place to visit. The kids’ play area at the back is a brilliant touch for families too. You can order in or get it delivered if you live locally. It's a perfect spot to treat yourself or enjoy with loved ones, I’ll definitely be back! Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
