Honestly we love the menu on this crepe car we are an avid customer but today experience with the manager Basem was so bad he was rude and not accommodating he was giving us the worst solution with our order.. instead to satisfy the customer craving he make us feel it’s our mistake which is really their mistake. We order fettuccine crepe and in pic it has Nutella and strawberry toppings it’s not our first time to order that menu but when we take out and reach home strawberry was missing so we decided return and to ask for it in a good manner. But again instead of choosing to satisfy our cravings he insult us of not knowing Arabic and other unnecessary things. So we end up cancelling our order. My response from today replied: I have to response since you replied.. if I am dishonest well I think u got the wrong info. In your menu in restaurant it’s 25sr for the meal and not stated that if we have to add any riyal for the topping I have the evidence even u delete it. We go home and bring the food without checking it and when we reach home we found its missing.. I don’t mind paying extra if that so but clearly in the menu it wasn’t written. And I told u I am an avid in means we buy a lot there same menu same price.. and our effort of returning back should really be something u have to please us because it disturbing in our part but instead giving us comment that’s more insulting.. then when we return at your place the manager showing us the menu in HungerStation which we don’t look since we come on person.. we choose from the tablet in your restaurant menu not any online apps. I know that there’s a difference between in person and online pricing but since we come all the way from work going home we visit and buy there.. the option given that time was only choosing either Nutella and pistachio nothing else.. so we assumed that the picture was same on the menu will be given to us.. now tell me if I am still dishonest then I will be ready if needed to be legally process.. Hello With all due respect, you're being dishonest. You paid for the product without any extras, just with Nutella, and you wanted a free topping. They added strawberries for free to please you, yet you still left a negative review.

Subject: Formal Complaint - Poor Service & Rude Conduct by Manager Basim, Imam Saud bin Abdulaziz Road Branch To: Crepe Car Customer Care / Management Branch: Crepe Car, Imam Saud bin Abdulaziz Road I am writing to formally complain about the unprofessional conduct of Manager Basim at your branch creep car. On May 31,2026 around 11:13pm my friend and I ordered a Fettuccine Crepe for takeaway. When we got home, we noticed that the topping was missing. We returned to the store immediately to address the issue. My friend and I placed an ordered Fettuccine Crepe for takeaway from your store. When we arrived home, we found the topping was missing. We returned to the branch immediately to resolve the issue. Instead of handling the situation professionally and offering a solution, Manager Basim spoke to us in a rude and insulting manner with smile in his face.He refused to admit their mistakes or fix the incomplete order. To make matters worse, when we asked about it, he showed us the Hunger Station menu and claimed “their menu is not upgraded,” instead of addressing the problem with the order we placed directly at the store. This is unacceptable customer service. A missing topping is a simple issue to correct, but the manager’s rude attitude and refusal to take responsibility made the experience worse. I expect better service from Crepe Car. A missing item can happen, but how it’s handled is what matters. The manager’s attitude made the problem worse.He is not capable on his position being a manager. Meal type: Other Service: 1
