I don’t often write reviews, but my experience at Crepe.& dip was so disappointing that I felt compelled to share. I went in with high hopes, looking forward to a simple pleasure—a warm, delicious crepe to brighten my day. But from the moment I stepped in, everything went wrong. The service was shockingly indifferent. I stood waiting at the counter for what felt like ages, while the staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than taking my order. When I finally got my crepe, I was heartbroken. It was lukewarm, as if it had been left out for too long, and the texture was all wrong—chewy and dense, nothing like the light, fluffy treat I had envisioned. To make matters worse, the chocolate sauce was cloyingly sweet, lacking any depth or richness. It felt like they were cutting corners, using cheap ingredients instead of crafting something with care. But what really pushed me over the edge was the complete lack of response when I expressed my disappointment. The staff’s dismissive attitude made it clear that they couldn’t care less about my experience. I left Crepe.& dip not just dissatisfied, but genuinely sad. I had hoped for a comforting, enjoyable experience and instead, I felt like I had wasted my time and money. It’s a shame because I wanted so badly to love this place, but after this visit, I doubt I’ll ever return.
