Arrived at 7:15 New Years Eve with 2 more people. We were told where our table was, after 30 minutes of waiting, we asked the waitress, who was taking care of every table around us, if she could take our drink order. She snapped at us and said she would get our server. 10 minutes later, one in our party asked the hostess who our server was. No one knew. It turned out it was the original one who we asked. She took our drink order, never brought water or offered bread which was on other tables. She proceeded to ask if we were ready to order. We asked for an order of calamari, 3 salads and our 4 meals which included soup. She brought out 3 salads and one soup and no oil and vinegar for one of the salads. After 10 minutes we found another waitress to get us oil and vinegar. 15 minutes later our dinners appeared with out us getting our calamari or other 3 soups which were included in the dinner. We asked what happened to the calamari and the other 3 soups and were basically told that we would not be getting them and that our meals were ready. All 4 dinners were at best warm, and when we were asked if we would like another drink, we ordered one and 2 were delivered. We sent one back. The waitress was very apologetic and promised to remove one meal from the bill. Another waitress asked how we were doing, and when we told her what happened, she offered free coffee and dessert, also. When the check arrived, our original waitress, stated that she was going to remove the four desserts and 2 drinks from the check. When asked about the free meal, she said she would have to pay for it out of own her pocket. During this time we asked more than once to see a manager and none appeared. The bill was incorrect. They charged us for 6 drinks when we only had 5 and only removed 1 drink. This is not the first New Years Eve we have spent at Crickets, but it will be the last!!!!! Patrons were going to a large ice bucket and helping themselves to ice using a plastic glass which is very unsanitary. An ice scoop should have been provided to the waitstaff to prevent contamination by everyone using the same cup. Wish we were in FL for New Years Eve with the owner.
