Me and my husband went today for our anniversary both had steak and chips was lovely steak cooked perfectly and how we asked for it and the home made chips were lush will definately be back again

A party of 13 people a few weeks ago - First time we have been since new management . Tables and menus very sticky , and food was awful . Breaded cod needed steak knife to cut . Chicken in the rib combo couldnt eat or cut as so tough . 6 of main meals not eaten.. Asked for pudding menu at 8.40pm it was never brought by waitress and then at 9.05pm when re asked for menu was told kitchen closed at 9pm and couldnt serve puddings !!! Will not be returning

Our main meals were fine, then we ordered dessert, the chocolate pudding and apple pie were cold, had been ordered warm. The waffle couldn’t even be cut with a knife and fork never mind a spoon... The waitress brought the desserts minus three spoons and a pot of cream, fair play she said I’ll be back in a minute, ten mins later still waiting so asked at the bar, the lady reminded them... another 10 mins later still no sign, the custard for the apple pie, now also cold... went to the bar had to wait a few minutes as the lady was talking in the other part of the bar!! She apologised and went up to the kitchen.. she then came back down and said that the kitchen had all gone home and not told her they were leaving!! Well I certainly won’t be going there again!!! WE WERE NOT THE ONLY ONES TO COMPLAIN EITHER.
