BEST KEPT SECRET IN THE ENTIRE PORTLAND AREA! Huge shout-out to Cascadia Restaurant & Bar at Embassy Suites Tigard, especially to the new chef, Tessa! She has completely transformed this restaurant. We have been staying at this hotel and eating here for close to 20 years. The food has always been okay and convenient but never anything to write home about. Enter, Tessa...... There are SO many new dishes on the menu, and the attention to detail in everything coming out of the kitchen is incredible! The quality of the food, the creativity behind the recipes, the presentation and the entire execution are five-star, Michelin-level quality. This is easily some of the best food I've had anywhere. What makes it even more impressive is the value. The food quality is through the roof and the prices are remarkably reasonable. Not to mention, this is a hotel restaraunt. Think you're going to be put on a wait list for a table? Think again! This is the ultimate trifecta and is unheard of! Cascadia is an absolute hidden gem! Don't sleep on this Portland peeps! This is not just a restaurant for people staying at the hotel. If I were a local, I would be here thrice, weekly! Tessa has brought a new level of passion, creativity, and attention to detail to the kitchen, and it shows in every dish. If you live anywhere around Tigard, Beaverton, or Portland, do yourself a favor and put Cascadia on your dinner out radar immediately! This is hands down one of the best-kept secrets in the area right now! My wife and I have eaten here several times recently. As locals we find it it a nice and usually quiet place for an excellent dinner. The food has been great every time and the service is excellent. A great place for a Friday date night. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $50–60
