To the attention of potential customers of the establishment called "Croustil", I must bring to your attention a most deplorable experience that I had in these places, whose name hardly deserves association with any form of restoration, even the most modest. The quality of the food, if what is served there can be described as food, is absolutely detestable. The dishes offered are just an infamous caricature of what acceptable cuisine should be. Every mouthful is an insult to the art of cooking, an affront to the taste buds, and a potential danger to the health of any human being with a modicum of discernment. As for the customer service, it is unprecedentedly low. The waitresses, clearly lacking any form of professionalism, are as rude as they are incompetent. Their arrogance is matched only by their inability to perform the simplest tasks. Their behavior is so outrageously unpleasant that one could almost conclude that they were expressly recruited to discourage customers. With every interaction, their condescension and contempt are palpable, making the experience even more execrable. In short, “Croustil” is an establishment to absolutely avoid. It is very regrettable that such a place can still exist in the restaurant sector. It should be boycotted without reservation in order to preserve both our dignity and our health. And yet Dear Mr. Croustil has existed for 33 years now with always the same bosses. And fortunately despite your opinion we are still there and proud to serve our customers whether they are regular or new customers.
