I love it when you have a dream in your head and Nicole makes that dream a reality!! . Her cakes are beyond phenomenal!! They are works of Art!! She has been gifted with incredible talent. And again she creates another Masterpiece for us. You need a cake, cookies, desert, run don’t walk, to Crumbles by Nicole, you will be glad you did!!! Price per person: $100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Dietary restrictions: Her keto desserts are Delicious!!!!

I visited this location for the first time yesterday to buy a loaf of sourdough bread as I had heard so many good things about it. When I went to pay for the bread, the employee, who was very polite said your total is $14.06. I almost passed out. I proceeded to pay for the bread, and I must say the bread was very good. However, I don’t think that it was worth $14. No loaf of bread is worth $14. I will not go back.

Thanks for the feedback John. We are so glad you enjoyed the bread. I understand that we aren’t in everyone’s budget. These loaves are made from scratch daily and take two days to create, but I get it. We are always looking for ways to make things more affordable but still stay in business…Lol. Don’t write us off all together - we have some other great options that aren’t as pricey :)

Today I came in thinking I would pick up a sweet treat for my family. I waited while the person at the front was busy flirting with another customer and discussing her divorce. Immediately after he left as I was about to begin an order she quickly snapped saying they aren’t open and it’s the busiest day of the year for them so hurry and order. As much as I wanted to walk out due to the rude customer service I decided to follow through with ordering. Upon arriving home less than 10 minutes later we tried the cupcake to be highly disappointed. The salted caramel cupcake was some of the driest cake we have ever had. Was hoping for a new place to take my family for treats, but do not see myself returning due to the lack in customer service and quality of the cupcakes. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Erica,I am so sorry for your experience. Even though we don’t open until 12 we did have some customer picking up orders early, but I never want my staff to make customers feel like they are being rushed. If you want to stop back by today I’ll gladly refund your cupcake - And if you want to try a new flavor it’s on me. I will also review with my staff. I hope you give us a chance to make it right .
