The best Victoria sponge I’ve ever had!! Everyone was very welcoming and helped us with finding specialist shops in the area. LOVE this place and the staff!! Meal type: Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Booked crumbs to do the catering for my nans 80th. Food arrived on time and staff were polite, most of the food was lovely, however the food that arrived differed from the menu we had previously agreed with no communication regarding this. Some of the sandwiches were sparsely filled and seemed a little unprofessional. I was also told they would be bringing tea stands to set the cakes ect up on which didn’t come so they were on trays which didn’t look great. Also there was no catering labels and no allergen sheet was provided, which is something to bear in mind. My main issue was the cake. It looked lovely and tasted nice but unfortunately was completely different to what we asked for. I stated I wanted a semi naked cake with a couple fresh flowers on, as my Nan didn’t want a lot of icing, and didn’t want a flashy cake, just something elegant. I sent a reference photo of a semi naked cake with fake flowers on. Upon arrival the cake had lots of extra icing, swirls around the top and bottom and a pink chocolate drip. My Nan didn’t eat it as it was too sickly for her. It wasn’t an awful experience but for nearly £600 I feel I was a little disappointed. I don’t normally leave bad reviews but I contacted Amy about my issues and she read my message and ignored it. Price per person: £100+ Food: 3 Service: 2
