I’m very disappointed with my experience ordering from Crust Pizza. The delivery took far longer than the estimated time, and there was very little communication about the delay. Waiting this long for a simple pizza order is frustrating, especially when you expect your food to arrive within the timeframe provided. Good customer service means keeping customers informed when there are unexpected delays, but unfortunately that didn’t happen. By the time my order arrived, the experience had already been disappointing. When customers pay for their food and delivery, they deserve reliable service and accurate updates. I understand that busy periods and unexpected issues can happen, but delays should be communicated clearly so customers know what to expect. This experience has made me think twice about ordering from Crust Pizza again. I hope they improve their delivery times, communication, and overall customer service because this level of service is simply not acceptable.

I always put extra cooked but they don't do it. Last time I ask they they said that they have a better oven. The previous owner cook it extra and was always nice . This is my 2nd time and pizza is not well cooked as the bread is still doughy. Also they don't cut the pizza correctly. I was told on the website it will be ready by 10 minutes I had to wait an extra 10 minutes.

I have never had a worst experience than what I had last night from Crust Pizza, Austral. We have used them many times before however not for some time. Generally the pizza is nice however stone cold by the time we receive! Yesterday went to a whole other level. We placed our order as usual, via the Crust App. The receipt suggested delivery in 60 minutes. 75 minutes later I phoned, to have the person answering the call to not take any details and say it should be delivered shortly. Since they didn’t ask any info about my order, I asked where the driver is? Then they asked some details, name, address, etc. The person on the phone couldn’t understand my Australian accent! I spelt out my name, address, etc. still no comprehension. I asked to speak to a manager. Another person comes to the phone and now I get told their system went down and the orders had just came out late. This person told me the driver had just left with my order, 75 mins after the order was placed and it would be delivered in 20 minutes! I told the person at Crust that there should be some sort of refund/credit due to this poor service, however I said I still wanted the delivery. I call again 25 minutes later (we are now at 1 hour and 40 mins after I placed our order) with no delivery. Same person answers that cannot understand English (Australian accent). I ask to speak to the person I spoke to earlier. I get hung up on!!!!!! I call back (it is 2 hours and 15 mins since placing my order) and now the rudest, most aggressive person comes on the phone and starts being condescending. I asked to speak to someone else (I ended up speaking to Milan, who I had spoken to earlier) and was told he spoke to the owner and the owner agreed to provide a full refund, however instructed them not to deliver the pizza. I wasn’t notified of this, so I was pretty upset on the phone. Milan offered to make my order fresh and deliver it personally. I said thank you however it was too late as it would have taken a minimum of 40 minutes for it to arrive. When I asked when the refund would be completed I was told within 24 hours. Surprise, surprise, no refund as yet! I also asked for the store to have the owner or Crust head office phone me, so I could give them an opportunity to listen and improve. Nothing, so now Crust Pizza Austral receive yet another terrible review! I appreciate this is a long explanation however to understand the pathetic customer service, you need to know the whole story. Utterly disgraceful customer service. Crust Pizza - please do not respond with your generic response that I see on all the other negative posts. Just work on fixing the serious issues you have with this store! Order type: Delivery Price per person: $40–60
