Hi Soma Zen, Kindly send your order details to southport@crust.com.au as we are unable to find your order. You mentioned poor atmosphere and fealt dirty. I cannot understand what you mean by felt dirty, can you please explain that. Cause we are really serious about the cleanliness of the store. The management is same since 2010 and have hundreds of regular local customers since then and still happily come to us for their dinner. I will be waiting for your order detail so i can rectify the issue with the order. Store Manager :)
