Very nice spot. Located in a great area and easy to get there from where I live. The team was efficient and prompt. I enjoyed their easy/scan-to-order process! The food and drinks arrived within a great timeframe. Pretty fast if you ask me! Enjoyed the lavender drink, but the glass being half full was off-putting, even though it was happy hour. The chicken and rice meal with plantains was fair, 7/10. I don't know if I'd come back, but maybe if I was in passing I'd stop in again. Lastly, the seats that were against the wall seemed comfy, but the hard chairs that were in the walking area of the restaurant were extremely uncomfortable and couldn't even hold my bag. UPDATE- instead of addressing the issue they searched up my name and found out where I worked and left a bad review in attempt to tarnish my reputation. I will be taking legal action immediately Don’t order their cubano. Absolutely no meat and when we told each server we were constantly ignored. The server with the two braids was very rude and condescending when we told her we were dissatisfied. We were able to talk the owner and cook who were both very dismissive and refused to refund us. Mind you, this is our second time visiting, we loved our first experience, but after this we will definitely not be coming back. To the restaurant, if you actually care to read the reviews (which I don’t imagine based on your treatment and attitude earlier) I will be disputing the charges- you can’t charge us for something we did not eat especially after repeatedly telling each server about how unhappy we were with our portions of meat. You refused to make things right and that is shameful. Check the other low ratings and you can tell customer service skills are lacking here. Service: 1
