I don’t visit Cubby’s often, but today my sandwich was very good, and the regular fries have been consistently good whenever I’ve had them. My only feedback is about the drive-thru checkout experience. When paying, customers have to select a tip or press “No Tip” before the payment can be completed. I’m a generous tipper at full-service restaurants, but being required to actively decline a tip during a standard drive-thru transaction feels unnecessarily uncomfortable. This isn’t a criticism of the employees at all; I’d just love to see Cubby’s make the drive-thru payment experience more straightforward and tipping genuinely optional. Food: 5 Service: 4

This is the best Cubby's location by far. The portions seem bigger and the staff is amazing and super friendly. We'll be back the next time we're in the Provo area. This location just switched GMs and I’m extremely disappointed in the management team. The assistant manger is a child who loves hiring friends that he smokes weed with outside of work, very unfair and bias.
While the new GM can’t even comprehend what the word bias means; also doesn’t seem to care when his employees are being harassed in the work place. Never been so disappointed in a company that I was originally so proud to work for.

It’s 2020, when bullying is going on, you would expect management to deal with the problem but instead they accuse you of being a liar. A sad sad environment when your own employees are afraid to speak up against their bully. Have fun working at Cubbys Savannah, you guys deserve each other. Don’t work here unless your prepared for the toxic working environment.
