I stopped to buy dinner for the kids and myself to take to the drive in. We get there and can't leave or we'd have to pay again, just to find that culvers left on large sandwich behind. I called the store and the manager took my address to send a coupon for a replacement. Six days later and I still haven't received what I paid for. We were celebrating a birthday and my son had to enjoy French fries for supper. I am very unhappy with the service. From the employees and the managers. I am thankful for all the new food places popping up in coldwater. The food is good at culvers, but you may get robbed. Buyer beware. FYI: BEWARE! Culver has the AI smart software. While going through the DRIVE-THROUGH, if you order a (Single Butter-Burger Deluxe) the AI SOFTWARE will PREPARE (intentionally) a (Double Butter-Burger) so they can charge you MORE and THEY CAN make more money. I asked the attendant about it; she said that's just the way Culver does things! Intentionally forcing you to pay more, so they make more, even if you can't eat a full (Double Deluxe) I do not plan to continue doing business with Culver's. They like to SCAM the customers. I DO NOT PLAN TO SUPPORT THIS KIND OF SCAMMING INTENTIONALLY! Just saying! No one tells me how much I have to eat, so they can make more money. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Culver’s will always be my favorite place. Not only is it the better option from other places, but the staff are always ready to serve and help. Their food is phenomenal, not to mention their delicious cheese curbs! My best friend and I always go there for a snack, lunch, or dinner whenever we are together!
