Curbside is an absolute joke. Ordered ahead, gave me a 1:17 pickup time. Went inside at 1:25 to see if there was an issue. Heard the lady ask the kitchen where the food was about 8 times. Meanwhile they prioritize the drive thru. I didn’t leave until 1:37. 3/4 of our order just sat there for 25+ minutes. Watched dozens of cars go through the drive thru and leave with their food. Just don’t offer curbside if you’re going to ignore the orders. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Let me start by saying I love Culvers burgers, but I will not go to this location again. On 4/25/26 I placed an order from the mobile app for a meal that cost over $20 for myself to be picked up in the "Curd Side Parking" section of their parking lot. Once placing the order, it said it should be ready at 8:51pm and to respond to in the app to let them know when I arrive. I got to the parking lot at 8:50 and clicked the I'm Here button in the app. I also got an email that I responded to, and a text message that I responded to. They were told 3 times that I was in the parking lot. I sat there, waiting, as I watched 3 other cars park and get their food and leave. After 15 minutes, I responded to the text message again. After 20 minutes of waiting, I went in and found that my food was ready and waiting on the shelf, but my concrete mixer hadn't been made yet. I spoke with the manager on duty, and was given a coupon for a free meal. I took my food and drove the 4 minutes it took to get home, only to find my food was cold. I reheated it in the microwave, but it didn't taste the same. On 5/10/26 I went in to redeem my free meal for lunch. My wife ordered separately so it was easier to track that my full meal was actually free. It was Mother's Day, but it was really slow in there; most of the seats were open and the employees were standing around. I placed my order and got table tent 33, unknowing that the order number was 20. I sat down and waited. My wife's food came, mine didn't. After waiting for 10 minutes, I went up to the counter with my table tent and they asked for the meal 33 to be made again. After a few minutes, an employee came over with a tray of food, but not my food. I went back to the counter and had to place my order for a third time, this is when I found out that it was order 20 and not 33. After waiting 25 minutes, I finally got my food; my wife had already finished eating. It was good, and what I ordered, but it took 3 tries and 25 minutes. I gave them a second chance, but two bad experiences in a row will keep me from going to this location again, which is too bad since it is so close to home. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

We stopped at the Champlin Culver’s on November 2 to grab dinner after a weekend trip to North Dakota. We ordered dinner for two to go. When we got home, we found that the order was missing several items, including my whole order. It appeared the crew was not very focused on order fulfillment. This is the first time I’ve ever had this much trouble with a Culver’s order. I wrote the owner asking for compensation and never heard back. Food: 3 Service: 1 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
