I placed an online order for in-store pickup at 2:45. I arrived about 3:00 and gave them my name at the counter. The girl at the front said it would be just be a second. Fast forward 15+ minutes later, where no one had checked on me, and I still did not have my food. More Culver’s workers came to the counter to see a friend that had stopped by to say “hello” than were invested in customer service. Finally, a worker came by and asked if I had been helped. I said I was waiting for a shake, malt, and concrete. He finds the shake and malt sitting on the counter since my arrival. He tossed them and had everything made fresh. The girl that made the shake and malt abruptly put them in front of me and then quickly left with no greeting or acknowledgment. Luckily, the guy that had talked to me previously asked if I wanted a carrier. It was an overall disappointing experience, especially because I have been to Culver’s in the Midwest where the customer service is top notch. This felt like I was an extra in a teen tv show. My recommendation? Don’t order for in-store pickup. And do not expect normal “Culver’s caliber” customer service. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Immediately on entering we were greeted by a smiling team. We had the pleasure of interacting with both Rachel and Hamilton and they both were so happy and helpful. I did not expect such great service from fast food, but they truly exceeded our expectations. We will be back when we are in the area. I regret having to write this review, because there are going to be several points that are going to be quite negative, and I have long been a fan of this franchise. I came to the restaurant around 5 pm, and it was almost empty--maybe two other tables seated and no one in the drive-thru lane. One of the workers arrived the same time as me, so I followed him in from the parking lot. He went directly to the kitchen and began working with washing his hands. I had assumed this was a requirement by common sense, if not even by a health code. There were probably eight or nine employees, which outnumbered the guests at that moment. Yet, it took about 15 minutes for my order (a burger and fries) to come to my table, which was very out of the ordinary. When the burger arrived, it was plain--no toppings at all. That was NOT how I had ordered it. Instead of risking another 15 minute wait, I decided just to get ketchup and mustard from the condiment area and eat the burger. This burger was extra greasy and the bun was flat and grease-soaked. Again, not normal from my many (dozens) of past visits. When I finished my burger, I went back to the counter to order a to-go order for a family member at home. There were now about five parties standing around the counter area waiting for their orders, and a couple others in line ahead of me ordering. The young man who took my order struggled to get another simple order entered correctly. If not for the screen on the register, I would have had the wrong order again. This order took over ten minutes, even though all the people who had been waiting had received their orders and had left. However, while waiting for my order, I observed some disappointing behavior by the employees behind the counter. I saw two of them eating while preparing orders. One young lady literally took a spoon and scooped some custard from the machine and ate it while giggling at one of the young men. I was disappointed to also learn that when I ordered my small concrete, the Reese's Peanut Butter Cups were discontinued, apparently permanently. When my order finally arrived, I was handed a mini concrete. I just thanked the young man and left. Bottom line: this was by far the worst experience I have had at this location. There used to be several special people there that would run orders out and also kept the dining room spotless. They were not apparently employed any more. The attention to details in taking orders was just not there, the food quality was far below the previous standard, and the hygiene and behavior of the staff was severly lacking. I would recommend avoiding until the management addresses these issues very directly. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
