This place food is the worst. They don't care about the presentation they don't care about their service, the manager is a smart mouth. They do as you ask but they do it with sarcasm and smart mouth. I am learning it might be a Lee's Summit thing. While I lived here for years the climate we are in in America all these people in Lee's Summit from Planet Fitness to Price Chopper and here all within 2 miles of each other ALL have this underlying negativity toward providing good customer service to me a black women. I see a pattern it is making me wonder. Fix your food and Do better Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Went through the drive thru to grab the cement mixer flavor of the day. Oreo cheesecake!! The double line was long so I thought I was in for a wait. I was up to the speaker in no time to place my order. The young man was super friendly and efficient. I was off with my favorite treat in no time. Super great experience. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10

We pulled up looking to grab lunch and a few shakes. Upon after ordering, my girlfriend realized that she had forgot her money at home just as I had left my wallet. I cancelled the order at the window and as we began to pull away the cashier suggested I pull forward, that they had it covered. All in all, yet again Culver’s never fails to provide a welcoming service with a heartwarming experience. The food was awesome and it was just what we needed in the time we needed it, thank you and God bless! Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
