Don’t dare have a complaint that you want to pass along; especially to a Manager named “Wilson”. He won’t retain a word you said, and then he will tell you that he has more important things to do rather than provide customer service; like his ‘manager duties’. He will make you feel like a jerk for complaining; he will not take any accountability, and he will not provide a resolution. I think Culver’s has now got too big for their britches now that have grown and expanded outside of Wisconsin. Definitely not the Culver’s we know and love anymore. Too bad. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered food for dine in and sat at my table for 10 minutes. I walked to the counter and inquired about my order to the woman that previously assisted me. Without taking any action to check the status of my order, she said, "We're busy. Your order should come up soon." Waited 10 more minutes and was able to get a refund. Very rude behavior. I asked a valid question as a customer, and the response was to provide me irrelevant information regarding how slow/busy the establishment was. Price per person: $10–20

Oops we actually ordered food using the app to the wrong restaurant over 25 mi away. Called them, they were kind and cancelled the order. THIS store at Mineral Point Rd quickly remade our order and got us back out the door, though they were quite busy. Thanks Culver's for making an embarrassing mistake a little more pleasant. Oh and the frozen custard was OUT OF THIS WORLD!! Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
