Craved a specific concrete. Decided to grab food for family while ordering my concrete. Half way home with the order and my concrete was not at all what I ordered. Mistakes happen but this isn’t the first or second time and it’s frustrating. Called the store, was offered a value basket coupon. I don't want that. I want my order double or triple checked if they have to. I just want what I order and paid for to be correct. The whole point in this trip was for the concrete. Placed a $50-ish dollar total order these are the results. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Our family ordered a curdside pickup and when we got home we were missing part of our order and our drinks were wrong. I called the restaurant and it was the absolute BEST customer service experience EVER! The gal that answered the phone went above and beyond to make things right. I had expected to drive back over and get the items. But Jordan, the owner, said she would deliver it! She personally drove to our house and delivered not only what was missing and incorrect, but also a family size fry! Above and beyond customer service! Thank you Jordan and The Madison Culvers! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Culver’s is hands down the best chicken tenders around; buffalo chicken tenders are completely different than the original and so much better - best place to eat in town. Food is always fresh and service is always great. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
