Please save your money and your time, or go to the East side location in Evansville on Hirschland. I understand that restaurant rushes can be hectic and I understand that this is fast food and cannot be considered elevated food. I’ve had many times where I didn’t get my sauces or didn’t get certain toppings, or even just a forgotten spoon. But on three separate occasions, this Culver’s specifically has left out complete entrees, sides, drinks, and custards. Since the beginning of this year we have eaten inside Culver’s once ordered to go twice and late night custards a handful of times. Every single time, something is missing and it’s completely unacceptable. We’ve tried to reach out to managers and just get the run around from employees at the store. We don’t want anything, we just want to tell them and show them that this is a real problem at this location. Not to mention the rude service and the lack of professionalism in the employees. No manager has ever answered our calls and no one can seem to provide an email for where we can submit pictures so management can take action and control of their store. Tonight I had just ordered two custards. I came through the drive thru and was given a bag of food. I asked for my order and the employee at the window snidely remarked that he did give me my order. I said that I ordered two custards not a meal. When he took the bag back, he brought me back two concrete mixers. After I drove past the drive thru I went back inside to ask for my order and not concrete mixers. The employee insisted that he had given me the right order and I had to show him and another employee a screenshot of my order. He then finally handed my correct order. Management, please do better to train your employees on correct ticket reading and professionalism. I don’t need ballroom etiquette, just decent service. And if you’re trying to have a good butter burger, go to the Hirschland location instead. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Waited too long. Took care if car that got there in other lane 5 minutes after I arrived first. Then was rushed to order. Didn't put ranch in bag w cheese curds. Employee dropped food off quickly and I couldn't ask for ranch. Total wait tind 28 min from time I pulled up to order until i pulled off. Edit. Food was wrong. No sauces. Although ordered it that was. But again I was rushed and cut off as I was ordering. Disappointed. Never had this experience at any other culvers Food: 5 Service: 1

After a dr appt in Owensboro I asked my grandson where he wanted to go for lunch before our hour drive home, he said Culver’s. We don’t have one in our town. He got hamburger, Fry and drink. I got a small chicken noodle soup and burger and fry to take to My husband.. Before I opened the soup I could see it had a nice thick broth! It was so, so good. I wish I would have gotten a large! The food was so hot and good, fast service ! So next day when I had appointment in in Newburg I remembered there was a newer Culver’s by Gateway I was excited to get burgers and 2 large delicious soups to take home, the cashier wasn’t especially pleasant but speed of service was good considering there was a line! When I got home (1 hour) I expected to heat up food . Fry was so small I’m sure it was a kids but when I took out the soup it looked like water through the transparent lid! I opened it and it was evident it had been watered down or someone didn’t know how to prep it! It was watery, no flavor. I didn’t even serve my husband his! I tried to season mine , but after the soup I had gotten the day before it was awful! I still have the second bowl in my refrigerator. If I can get to Newburg, I will bring it back and get a refund.. but that won’t help my disappointment! Consistency is so important. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 3
