I've never stopped at a Culver's and had a bad experience! I love this place! The food was great and the service was great! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Just went here and they have my order all kinds of messed up,fist they completely forgot our drinks then when they did give us the drinks they forgot straws,when I got home I seen they gave me cheese curds instead of fried pickles but there was one single fried pickle on top and they still had the nerve to give me ranch,and my burger was plain when I got the works,kinda insane imo. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

Good evening, I’m a regular at the Culver’s on N. Glenstone in Springfield and usually have a great experience. Tonight, however, I was extremely disappointed. I ordered my usual Double Bacon ButterBurger Deluxe: no tomatoes, extra pickles, no fresh onions,sub grilled onions, a Hi-C, and onion rings with Boom Boom sauce. When I got home, I discovered the burger had raw purple onions on it. I returned to have it corrected and was met by the assistant manager, Nick. When I explained that I “about died” after biting into the onions, he questioned whether I was allergic and made me feel as though I was foolish for being upset. The replacement burger was then missing the bacon I had paid for. I returned a third time, by then having spent roughly 45 minutes going back and forth. When I asked for a refund, Nick told me that if he refunded me, he would throw my burger in the trash, and ultimately told me to leave because he had other customers. I left with a meal I no longer had an appetite to eat because of the entire experience. I’m not looking for special treatment—just the meal I ordered and reasonable, respectful customer service. I plan to return tomorrow to speak with another manager and request a refund. I hope this can be resolved reasonably, but I also want to make sure this experience is addressed so another customer doesn’t experience the same treatment. Thank you for your time and concern.
